Shipping Rates

• Shipping is based on order total and not weight. You will be able to view the shipping charges during the checkout process before you complete your order. 

Returns

Your satisfaction with our service and products is very important to us.  If you need to return your product(s) for any reason, we accept returns that meet the following criteria.

Returned 5 days from the time of purchase or date of delivery from US Post Office. You will receive monies that were paid (minus shipping).

Returned 30 days from the time of purchase or date of delivery from US Post Office. You will receive a merchandise swap or gift card for monies paid (minus shipping).

After 30 days, we may offer to buy back your items under our Used Book Buy Back Policy.

Items returned in the original packaging, that can be restocked and do not have any markings, otherwise they may not qualify for a refund.  Please see your receipt for other return policies.

You can mail back your returns as long as your post mark date is within the return dates above.  We recommend that you ship media mail with delivery confirmation so that you can track your returns.
