Description:  Make this a summer to remember with one or both of our awesome Dance Summer Camp experiences! Each 3 day event is packed with back-to-back, non-stop, hands down, legs in the air fun!  This is no drills and workout camp! Through numerous demonstrations and games, your danceer will experience a glimpse of the variety of dance styles. Musical Theater/Jazz and Acro! They will appreciate as never before these different styles of learning the multifaceted ways to move for each. Fast paced and so FUN, your dancer will be begging for their own tut, tiara, and balance beam by the end of the week! Our activities are sure to make for an unforgettable summer!

About the Teacher:  Corine Rowe - Corine has been teaching dance since 1991 and is certified in Progressive Ballet Technique.  She has experience in teaching for many organizations, led dance ministry, and choreographed for many recitals and showcases.  She has also taught floor gymnastics, jazz, ballet, and pointe.  Corine has a keen eye for technique and a passion for teaching.  She gives glory to God for all of these life experiences that have molded her into who she is today.

Class Meeting Day:  Tuesday

Time:  9:00 am - 10:00 am - Grades 6th-9th

Time:  10:00 am - 11:00 am - Grades 1st-5th

Costs:  $50 a month, $45 per additional sibling

Materials Fee:  $30 (One time fee due at registration - select Tuition+Mat Fee option) Fee covers usage of props, handouts, rewards, and class supplies. A costume/recital fee will be due towards the end of the 2nd semester.

Description:  Dance Express is an exciting combination class learning a variety of different styles of dance such as ballet, jazz, floor gymnastics (acro), and contemporary dance. Every 6-8 weeks, students will learn a new style of dance giving dancers an opportunity to sample 4 different styles within a 9 month period. All music used is clean and movement taught is wholesome. Each semester will culminate with demonstrations of choreography to ignite the imagination that will inspire for a lifetime. 

Attire:

Girls must wear a leotard. Black capri-length/ankle length tights or leggings must be worn under athletic shorts. Fitted tank or t-shirt may be worn (optional), no baggy t-shirts please. Hair needs to be pulled up away from face in a ponytail or bun. Socks needed.

Boys must wear white t-shirt tucked in athletic shorts with biker shorts underneath and socks.

Shoes: No shoes required. If students have ballet or jazz shoes, they may wear them.
